How did the Accident Happen: Fall from tree

We received Sancho Maya after one week of operation, which was done at the orthopedic hospital, Jorpati. At that time, she looked restless, could not move her lower limbs but slight sensation was present in her lower limbs. There was no bowel and bladder control. She used Foley's catheter at that time. Two weeks after being admitted her sensation at the lower limbs and motor power gradually increased. After 6 weeks she had control over her bowel and bladder. After 8 weeks she started to walk with the help of walker and spinal brass. At the time of she discharge she could walk without any support. She was discharged after 3 month with full training and health teaching.

Sancho Maya was our first patient to go home walking. Now she lives happily with her husband in Lalitpur. She visits the center sometimes to encourage her friends.
