He came to the center after surgery at Bir Hospital on 6th poush 2058 B.S. at acute stage he was treated with traction at Birendra Military hospital. When he was admitted here, he was not able to move his upper and lower limbs. Urine and bladder was not in control. He had big pressure sore of grade 3 at sacrum and at trochantric area too.
