Meena fell from a bridge after she was hit by a mini bus. She was brought to the SIRC one month after her accident. At the time of her admission, she had a urine infection, lacerated wound, and was not able to move her lower limbs. She was treated conservatively, and was discharged after 46 days with full knowledge about the complications after spinal cord injuries. She could walk. Meena was a housewife, and was happy to return to her household chores again.
