Charity Shop for the spinal injury rehabilitation centre

The Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre is opening a Second Hand Store on the main Jorpati Road, in order to raise income for the Centre as well as to support the local community. We ask friends to come to the aid of the SIRC Second Hand Store by donating household items that you no longer need but which are in good condition.

SIRC receives no funds from the government, and is in need for various sustainable programmes in order to continue its service to the spinally injured patients of Nepal. This is the idea behind the SIRC Second Hand Store.

You can donate your used items such as clothes, shoes, furniture, cutlery, toys, games, bangles, and so on. As a mark of respect to those who will be purchasing and using them, we ask that items brought be clean and in good condition.

The items you would like to donate can be either dropped off at SIRC in Jorpati or the Dhokaima Cafe in Patan Dhoka (Tel: 5522113).

We can also pick up the items if you give us a call at 4470874 and ask for Esha or Suresh.
