Halfway Homes will serve as a model for the alterations that can be implemented in a traditional Nepali-style home to make it more accessible to the needs of the spinally injured. In this manner, patients, by living in these homes, will be able to better understand what modifications are necessary and how they can be duplicated once they return to their own homes; thereby easing the reintegration process.
